The Pablo García Foundation has the purpose of:

To support educational quality and offer the opportunity to outstanding campechanos students to continue their studies when they do not have the financial means to do so.

The Pablo García Foundation is responsible for managing and supervising the resources of the Federal scholarship program MANUTENCIÓN. The guidelines for carrying out the procedures are determined by the Coordinación Nacional de Becas (National Coordination of Scholarships, CNBES), as well as by the Foundation itself.

It is worth mentioning that the bases and requirements are stated in the announcement when it is made public.

The students can visualize this announcement by going to the Pablo García Foundation’s website:, dwhere they will have to sign up, once the registration has been made, they will have to enter their e-mail address to validate the registration; they will also register on the SUBES website:, where he/she will have to do the same procedure as on the previous page. Once the registration has been completed, the students must return to both pages to complete the scholarship application and socio-economic study form.

The scholarship support consists of a maximum of up to twelve monthly payments, which will cover a period from September to August, I.e. one academic year. The amount assigned corresponds to the school year in which the student is enrolled at the time of applying for the scholarship. The maximum amount of this scholarship is the following:

First year of the course $750.00 $9,000.00
Second year of the course $830.00 $9,960.00
Third year of the course $920.00 $11,040.00
Fourth year of the course $1000.00 $12,000.00
Fifth year of the course $1000.00 $12,000.00
  • The publication date for higher education is in August (tentatively) of each school year.

The assignation of scholarships will be carried out by the Technical Committee of the Programa Nacional de Becas for Higher Education in the State of Campeche.
